Sasa-ginni-gak Lodge requires the head of the group to provide ONE valid Visa, Mastercard, or Amex number to keep on file for excess baggage charges. If required, this fee will be charged after your departure and you will be emailed to inform of the charge that occurred.
GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are an attachment to your reservation and must be completed and received at our office. Your reservation is not complete until this document and all attachments are signed and returned.
Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice until deposit of $500 CAD/guest is received at the time of booking. Any deposit not received upon booking may result in cancellation of reservation at our sole discretion. The remaining balance of your trip is due 90 days prior to departure along with this agreement and all attachments. All attachments must be signed by EACH member of your group.
Cancellations: If you have paid your trip in full before the 90-day deadline, we will refund the amount paid minus the $500/person deposit and a $50/person cancellation fee. If you cancel your trip with less than 90-days prior to departure, no refund will be given. Deposits may be applied to any future trip booked within a year from the date of your original reservation.
Conditions of Rental:
⦁ Sas Lodge: The property shall be in the same condition at departure as at arrival other than normal usage that would be expected for a typical departure cleaning. Damage or the need for additional cleaning may result in additional fees being incurred (see Damage Policy/Waiver). Your cabin is clean upon your arrival.
⦁ Outcamps: The property shall be in the same condition at departure as at arrival other than normal usage that would be expected for a typical departure cleaning. Cleaning at outcamps is done on an honor system with each guest. Damage or the need for additional cleaning may result in additional fees being incurred (see Damage Policy/Waiver).
⦁ ALL OF OUR CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING
⦁ Guest(s) must notify staff immediately of any fire, water damage or other damage to the property
⦁ Guest(s) shall be liable for all acts of the persons on the property during their stay
⦁ Guest(s) agree to maintain a peaceful occupancy and not to disturb others and their enjoyment of the facilities
⦁ Guest(s) agree to keep the premises in a clean and sanitary condition, to exercise care regarding all furnishings and household items and to make NO improvements or alterations without permission
⦁ Guest(s) agree to cook only in designated areas (NO OPEN FIRES ANYWHERE OF ANY TYPE)
⦁ Guest(s) accepts full responsibility associated with the occupancy of this property and agrees to hold Northway Aviation Ltd/Sasa-ginni-gak Lodge harmless for any and all accidents, injuries, or death
Damage Policy/Waiver: Each adult guest is required to read, sign and provide their credit card information on the Damage Policy/Waiver attached. Upon departure of your destination there will be an assessment done to ensure all property and equipment is in operating condition by an authorized Northway Aviation/SAS employee. The credit card information will be held, but not charged, pending departure assessment as a precaution. Once assessment is confirmed and signed acknowledging no damage was done, the credit card information will be securely disposed of. If any damages occur the credit card on file will be charged according to the damages done (See Damage Policy/Waiver for damage estimates).
Liability: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL NORTHWAY AVIATION LTD/SASA-GINNI-GAK LODGE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVE OR OWNER OF PROPERTY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, CLAIM, INJURY, OR DEATH (DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE HOWEVER CAUSED OR INCURRED), WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY, INDIRECTLY, CONSEQUENTIALLY, OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR EQUITY AS A RESULT OF RENDERING OF SERVICES OR ACCOMMODATIONS AS DESCRIBED OR SUBSTITUTED AND INCLUDING WITHOUT RESTRICTING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING AS A RESULT OF ANY DELAY(S), SUBSTITUTION(S), RESCHEDULING(S) OR CHANGE(S), IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES OR ACCOMMODATIONS PROVIDED. IF SERVICES OR ACCOMMODATIONS ARE SUBSTITUTED FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING THE SALE OF A PROPERTY, NORTHWAY AVIATION LTD/SASA-GINNI-GAK LODGE AGREES AT ALL TIMES TO ACT IN GOOD FAITH, AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ACCOMMODATIONS WITH A TYPE COMPARABLE TO THOSE CONTRACTED AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION. NORTHWAY AVIATION LTD/SASA-GINNI-GAK LODGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESCIND ANY AGREEMENT FOR ACCOMMODATIONS. NORTHWAY AVIATION LTD/SASA-GINNI-GAK LODGE AND OWNER WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, INCLUDING SUBSTITUTIONS, TO REFUND ANY UNUSED PORTION OF BOOKED ACCOMMODATIONS OR SERVICES. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ALL THE RELEASES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, INCLUDING PAYMENT TO THEM OF THE FEES AND COSTS INCURRED BY THEM IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL ATTACHMENTS MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITH FINAL PAYMENT 90 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE IN ORDER FOR FLIGHTS TO BE BOOKED.
