Book Your Trip

Give us a call and let us know the following:

size of the group
preference for a deluxe or standard cabin
the dates you want to spend fishing

That's it! Once we can confirm the availability of a cabin based on your request, we will send you a reservation form to confirm all details are accurate. The earlier you call the better as we do give preference for dates and cabins to our returning guests. We then require a deposit of $200 Canadian (or US equivalent) per person booked. This can be paid by cheque or credit card. Once your deposit is received your booking is confirmed! Once we receive your deposit we will invoice you for the balance of the trip, which is due 30 days before your date of departure.

Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy

Deposits

We request that for all pre-bookings made in 2011 for trips in 2012, you have a deposit to us no later than January 31st. Deposit required is $200 Cdn per confirmed guest.

For all reservations made after January 1st, we expect to receive your deposit with in 30 days of you making your reservation.

Deposits are mandatory. We will not hold dates without a deposit - no exceptions. We know most of you are long-time customers who have been coming to our lodge for ten years or thirty years or somewhere in-between but that doesn't prevent the possibility that you may have to cancel your trip for unforeseen and unexpected circumstances. Your deposit guarantees your dates and as head of your group guarantees to you the commitment of the members of your group. It also guarantees to us your commitment to make your trip.

Last year's dates will be held until January 31st. After that they will be made available to others. If you want to return for the same cabin and dates as in 2011 you must confirm your reservation and have your deposit to us for January 31st. Enclosed with the newsletter is your reservation form. If no booking information is filled out on the form when you receive it, then you do not have a current reservation for 2012.

Payment of Trip

To make the day of your departure as efficient and on time as possible we request pre-payment of the balance of your trip 30 days before departure. i.e if you are scheduled to depart on June 20th, we expect payment for the balance of your trip by May 20th. Once your deposit is received we will invoice you for the balance of your trip. Excess baggage charges will be collected at the time of departure or will be charged to the head of your groups credit card. Purchases of fishing licenses should be arranged ahead of time so that they can be added to your final invoice, or they can be purchased at the lodge during your trip.

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit will be kept if you must cancel your reservation. Deposits can be applied to any other dates within the same year, but will not be carried over to the following season. Likewise if you send a deposit for a group of eight, but only end up with a group of six, the deposits for the two who were unable to make the trip will also be kept. These deposits can only be used towards alternate dates within the same year.
